Cade keeps wondering, "if these are NOT real, then how are they going to hatch out of the eggs?" and then Grant with his hypothetical situation stories pipes in: " Well, what if they ARE weal and then a giant t-wex is wibbing in our house when we wake up and he stomps around breaking ebrything?? Then what would happen???"
Fortunately, I maintaining my stance that these, in fact, are NOT real.........just pretend. It doesn't really make it any less freaky for me though. When Sunday evening rolled around this is what we found. Grant's is just barely poking out and Cade's has almost a complete head.
Then today, out pops this from Grant's egg. Seriously, doesn't that give you the willies?
Cade's is almost squirming completely out of the egg. Every time the boys wake up they are running to check out the latest hatching.

Entertaining gift T & C. Nothing like bringing the ancient past straight into your kitchen!

That's disgusting.
OH just wait until you touch them... I think we got a faulty one because it was covered with some kind of nasty slime... GOTTA LOVE being a mom for boys.
If I only had a quarter for every time I said "I did not sign up for this"
